Cleaning nozzle maintenance
Regularly clean the nozzle: The nozzle is one of the key components of the steel mesh cleaning machine. Due to impurities in the cleaning solution, residual solder paste or glue and other substances may block the nozzle and affect the cleaning, regular cleaning is required. You can use a special nozzle cleaning tool, such as a small brush, to gently brush off the blockage on the surface and inside of the nozzle. For stubborn blockages, the nozzle can be soaked in a suitable solvent for a period of time, and then rinsed. For example, for water-based cleaning liquid clogged nozzle, can be soaked in warm water and an appropriate amount of cleaning agent mixed solution for 15-30 minutes.
Check the spray status of the nozzle: regularly check whether the spray Angle, spray shape and spray force of the nozzle are normal. Spray testing can be performed by placing a test plate under the nozzle to start the nozzle. If the injection Angle is found to be offset, it may be that the installation position of the nozzle has changed and needs to be readjusting. If the injection shape is uneven or the injection force is weakened, it may be that the inside of the nozzle is partially blocked or damaged, and further inspection and maintenance are needed at this time.
Maintain the seal of the sprinkler head: the connection between the sprinkler head and the cleaning machine must be kept well sealed to prevent the leakage of the cleaning fluid. Regularly check whether the sealing gasket is in good condition, such as aging, damage, etc., should be replaced in time. At the same time, when installing the nozzle, ensure that the connection is tight and tighten the connection nut according to the specified torque.
Filter replacement and maintenance
Determine the replacement cycle: the role of the filter element is to filter the impurities in the cleaning solution, and the filter element will gradually clog with the increase of the use time. The replacement cycle depends on the frequency of use of the cleaning machine, the degree of pollution of the cleaning fluid and other factors. When the flow rate of the cleaning solution decreases or the cleaning becomes worse, it is necessary to consider replacing the filter element. Usually, for continuous use of steel mesh cleaning machines, the filter element may need to be replaced every 1-3 months.
Correct replacement of the filter element: When replacing the filter element, first turn off the power supply and cleaning fluid supply valve of the cleaning machine, and drain the liquid in the cleaning fluid pipeline. Then, according to the instructions of the equipment manual, open the filter housing, carefully remove the old filter, and install the new filter. Note that the installation direction of the new filter element should be correct, and after the installation is completed, check whether the filter shell is well sealed to prevent the leakage of cleaning fluid.
Clean or maintain the spare filter element: For the spare filter element, it should be properly stored to prevent contamination. Before use, it can be simply cleaned to remove impurities such as dust that may be attached. If the spare filter element has not been used for a long time, it is also necessary to check whether its performance meets the requirements before use.
Tank cleaning
Residue in the tank: The cleaning tank is the main place for steel mesh cleaning, and after each cleaning, there will be some residual cleaning liquid, solder paste residue, dust and other substances left in the tank. Regular cleaning of the cleaning tank can prevent these residues from causing secondary pollution to the steel mesh for subsequent cleaning. You can use a special cleaning tool, such as a plastic shovel, to remove large pieces of residue from the tank and rinse them with clean water. For difficult stains, you can soak and clean them with an appropriate detergent.
Check the condition of the cleaning tank: Check whether the inner wall of the cleaning tank is corroded, worn or cracked. If the cleaning tank is found to be damaged, the cleaning solution may leak or affect the cleaning, and it needs to be replaced in time. At the same time, check whether the liquid level sensor and heating device in the cleaning tank are working normally.
Drainage system inspection
Dredge the drainage pipe: The drainage system is responsible for discharging the sewage and impurities after cleaning. Check regularly whether the drainage pipe is smooth to prevent blockage. You can use a pipe dredging tool, such as a strip, to remove the blockage in the drainage pipe. If the drainage pipe is often blocked, you can consider installing a filter to prevent large particle impurities from entering the drainage pipe.
Check the working status of the drainage pump: the drainage pump is the core component of the drainage system, check whether the impeller of the drainage pump rotates flexibly and whether the motor works normally. If the drainage pump is faulty, the liquid in the cleaning tank may not be discharged normally, affecting the normal use of the cleaning machine. You can judge the working state of the drainage pump by listening to the running sound of the drainage pump and observing the drainage speed.
Electrical system maintenance
Clean the electrical control cabinet: Keep the circuit boards and electrical components in the electrical control cabinet clean to prevent dust accumulation and short circuit. You can use a clean brush or hair dryer (cold air) to regularly clean the dust inside the electrical control cabinet. At the same time, check whether the connection of the electrical component is loose, if it is loose, it should be tightened in time.
Check the wires and cables: Check whether the wires and cables of the cleaning machine are damaged or aged. If the wire skin is found to be damaged, it should be wrapped with insulation tape in time; For wires with serious aging, replacement should be considered to prevent accidents such as leakage.
Machine surface cleaning and lubrication
Clean the surface of the machine: Keep the outer surface of the steel mesh cleaning machine clean, not only can make the appearance of the equipment clean, but also prevent impurities such as dust from entering the machine. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe the surface of the machine, but avoid moisture entering the electrical parts. For oil and other stains on the surface of the machine, you can use appropriate cleaning agent to wipe.
Lubrication of key parts: Regular lubrication of some moving parts of the cleaning machine, such as transmission chains, rollers, etc. Suitable lubricants, such as lubricating oil or grease, can be applied according to the instructions of the equipment. Lubrication can reduce friction between parts, wear, prolong the use of parts, but also contribute to the smooth operation of the machine.
